When you return your vehicle, you have two options: either remain subscribed or cancel your subscription entirely. These options are very different, so we’ll take a moment to explain.
If you choose to remain subscribed, you’ll only be responsible for the subscription fee during the months you’re not using a car. Because a Canvas subscription allows you to save more with a longer commitment period, we allow you the flexibility to take a break from your vehicle and associated fees while still enjoying the value a longer commitment affords. When you're ready to get a car again, your subscription enables you to easily select another car from our inventory by logging into your customer dashboard. Reassess your mileage needs if you like and schedule your next appointment. You’ll pay a $99 new vehicle fee when you select your next car to ensure that your ride is in tip-top shape when you receive it. Until your next month without a car, you’ll again pay the mileage fee and vehicle fee.
Choosing this option allows you to save money with a longer subscription commitment and avoid cancellation fees.
Cancel your subscription
Your second option is to cancel your subscription entirely upon returning your vehicle. Keep in mind there will be a cancellation fee if you cancel your subscription before it ends. More information about cancellation fees can be found here.
