Don’t need your car for a while? Return it! While subscribed, you’ll only be responsible for the subscription fee during the months you’re not using a car should you decide to return it for a month or so. Please note, after your first month, vehicle fees and mileage fees are prorated, so you only pay for the time that you actually had the car during the billing period.
To return the car, you can go to your dashboard and schedule a return. When you’re there, select “Continue Subscription.” That way, we know you’re not ending early, but just taking a break from the car (and the car price). If you return the car before the end of your billing period, the vehicle fees and mileage fees will be prorated so that you only pay for the time that you actually had the car during the billing period.
When you are ready to come back, just log into your dashboard to select a new car. Each new car may be subject to a $99 New Vehicle Fee.
