Please reach out to Canvas support when you’re ready to return your car and we will help make arrangements to do so within 7 days. With the information you’ve provided regarding your availability and the vehicle’s location and preferred return window, we will work with our transport team to schedule your return. You can expect a call from the transport company picking up your vehicle 24 hours before your appointment.
At the time of the return, you or an authorized adult representative must be present to meet our agent(s). The car must have at least ½ of a tank of gas, and we will need you to return all keys given when you received the car. It's important to return the car in a similar condition as you found it when it was delivered. Remember—no smoking in the car. You're free to bring your pets with you in the car, but if the car needs professional cleaning to remove pet hair, we may contact you about additional payment for this cleaning.
